I created The Five Paths holiday retreat on Lanzarote as an accessible, practical and fun way of bringing soul into the centre of your search for a life fully lived.

It is based on the Four Paths of Creation Spirituality introduced by Matthew Fox in ‘Original Blessing’ plus one I added and uses a combination of Imagework, explorations on the island of Lanzarote which is a Biosphere Reserve and meditation walks in the places that César Manrique built to bring you home to your self.
