I hope they enhance your life by seeing the numinous in the ordinary, the fun in the difficult, the blessings in the challenges. As Marcel Proust reminds us “The only true voyage of discovery would be not to visit strange lands but to possess other eyes, to behold the universe through the eyes of another.”
Neuroscience Journal reports that new habits form in as few as fifty days. That sounds optimistic to me but I’m hoping you will do better than me and rise to the challenge of reading one a day for 45 days.
